DEEP IN THE HART

Katelyn started Mother's Day Out at the end of August! 

We just got back from a long weekend in Texas. The Ranch was a dream come true for Katelyn. The girl LOVES animals. She had the time of her life and we had a blast watching her enjoy the Ranch... the same Ranch that I grew up spending time. Pretty fun! It was beautiful and we had great weather! 

Katelyn's favorite are the goats... can you spot her? This place is like Deanna Rose on steroids... the goats however are not quite as tame as the ones at DR :) 

Horses are a close second for favorites.... this is her first ride! 

About 7 miles from the Ranch is an incredible Wildlife Center called Fossil Rim. We got up close and personal with some pretty cool animals! 

Then we drove to Austin for the home opener of the Longhorns season... we didn't get a picture (that's a first) but here's an awesome pic of the sun setting at the stadium

The main reason for the whole trip was Tim competing in his first sprint triathlon. We had a blast watching him and he did awesome! I'm so proud!!!
