In my last post about the garden, I "forgot" (but thanks to my good friend at www.momdiggity.com quickly remembered) to post about Tim's "special" garden.... I told him that seeds NEVER work and that we just HAD to use starters for the raised bed he built for me. Therefore he went out that day and bought seeds (not that he's competitive or anything).... and planted them.... in bed pans from the hospital nonetheless (that he swears had never been used). It's been 8 days friends... EIGHT... and here is what he has.....
Are you kidding me? There is GROWTH people!! I am truly amazed. Please come over and enjoy some of our fresh produce this summer... however if I were you... I'd skip the watermelon, green leaf lettuce, pumpkins, green beans and carrots unless you like produce out of a bed pan... so organic. :)
He used BED PANS!!!!! This is cracking me up! Sounds like a doctor! And no thanks on any watermelon this summer=)
