DEEP IN THE HART

only my husband.....

this morning i woke up to find some haribo gummy bears (are there any other kind? not in this fam!) and a card on the kitchen table. i thought, "how thoughtful of him." we don't do much celebrating of v-day between the two of us so i was surprised to find this treat. then i opened the card. i laughed and laughed and laughed some more. here is what the front looked like:

it was printed off the internet and homemade... love it (he did hand draw the rose... always impressed by his artistic ability and wish i got to see it more often). perhaps you are wondering who this is a picture of? read on to find out (or attempt to read.. his writing is difficult to read sometimes)

moral of the story? a history lesson of who St. Valentine was. for real? for real! as i said.... only my husband. i love him to pieces.
